Thread regarding ADP layoffs

New branding

I’m still at ADP for now. I like my boss and my job. But this company is getting weirder all the time. Does anyone else hate the new branding? I can’t believe they paid someone money for that. It’s so ugly.

The executive in charge of the rebrand looks like a cat lady nut job...the rebrand is overly feminine and hideous. What brain trust thought it was a good idea to use the discarded section of the crayon box to use as the new color scheme.

As someone who is a designer, I think their new branding is ridiculously bad

Haha. It gets worse every day. New under the sea, seaweed looking branding mess. Always designing for people. Terrible. Huge waste. I am not sure who makes these terrible decisions. Maybe we are getting into interior design.

What are you working for? A paycheck.

I just saw the new branding. I think it is rather discouraging. Strange wacky colors that are hard on the eyes. I think whoever designed this has mental issues. And they let this person do this? What were they thinking?

They ask the question: What are you working for?

Answer: Show me the money.

They say: Wrong answer! It should be "To achieve something greater".

Oh yeah, now I see it. This is a distraction away from the lousy wages ADP pays. I get it.

I know that ADP has credibility problems due to the mistakes that they made, but this is not the way to go to try to fix them.

The new branding includes poorly combined colors, a custom font that is hard to read, migraine-inducing images, and apparently, the dubious opportunity to hit a “glass ceiling” with a sledgehammer at SXSW.

Its like putting lipstick on a pig- its still a pig. Is the point to try to win back clients that left because of bad service or try to win clients who have their heads in the sand and haven’t heard ADP no longer knows what its doing? The bigger losing proposition is Stand Out. That’s a joke on a whole different level.
