Not that I;m trying to evoke layoffs but it’s been unusually quiet at my location and within my team. Are layoffs going on in any part of the company these days?

Management's strategy of paying under market salaries to everyone but the most critical people seems to be doing wonders to the attrition rate. There's no need for expensive layoffs.

There is zero chance of layoffs. Managers are amazed they still have workers. If you can stomach the depression, it is fantastic work-life balance
Does Q even need layoffs anymore with all the people leaving willingly?
