I’ve heard from a very reliable source that QCT is planning a large layoff in Q4 of 2019 as part of a restructuring as the product lines move into a more commodity model.

OP is likely referring to fiscal year 4th quarter, which ends on Sept. 30th. So, if accurate, the date could fall between July 1 and Sept. 30th. With a July 1 date, with60 days notice, notification could be as early as May 1st....
