As of today, paperwork has been filed with the Department of Labor reporting lack of communication and pay for the faculty and employees at the Art Institute of Las Vegas. The Higher Learning Commission have also been notified of the mishandling of funds and breach of educational contract between employees, the current receiver, and DCEH.
Emails, contact information, and audio recordings have been sent to all bodies as of 3:15 PM today (PST). FYI.
What was that pay date again? What was it? Because I have missed the exact date in that charming Thursday meeting and the lovely email that was sent out Saturday, you know the one “work for free with a smile on your face and don’t tell the kids the truth”.

Just loved the threatening meeting yesterday, something that was right out of Trumps paybook. WHEN ARE WE GOING TO BE PAID?
I understand that you don't see the immediate results you and other students are hoping for. I can also understand that you are frustrated with not being kept abreast with what is happening off of campus. However, the filing and notice was done by students and faculty/employees today. Both parties, or those who've taken the initiative to ensure they follow the legal train of actions required to ensure complacency with Nevada higher education standards, have been in the process for the last seven weeks to get to where they are now.

Excuse me sir for being so forward and brazenly inquisitive but I must humbly ask, with all due respect, and proper servile floor coveringness, where in hades might be that 16 million simoleons that are missing and I believe referred to as stipend money if I may be so rudely forward? I do not see nary a mention of it in your thread as I do so find this information to be important considering the high interest rate on the money that the very lovely billionaire DeVos and DOE will undoubtedly tack on to my balance. Thank you for any consideration in this matter as I very often feel that the students in this matter have become nothing more than an afterthought amounting to the passing of financial flatus in the wind.
