Thread regarding SAP layoffs

This is the key issue

SAP unfortunately has still not figured out how to get user experience right. Usability is #1 issue customers are facing. Still there is no major investment in UX. I have heard designers even have to struggle to get right and latest design tools. Unbelievable!

Exactly this. Until this issue is resolved, we can expect to see the company fall further and more people get laid off to compensate. This is the key issue - and nobody seems to get that.

The funny thing is without Fiori (because it's so slow and poor performing) It's just the same old SAP under the covers with the same old stupid sapgui.

There is a huge ongoing investment UX (not Fiori) in my BU...can't speak for all of SAP though.

Not seeing the logical connection between reorg layoffs and UX at all...since sales are good. Maybe someone is talking really old legacy product.

And it's a real shame what a failure Fiori is.
