Just curious how much the individual settlements $$ ranges were from the last flsa? How much of a cut does the lawyer get? Looking forward to our mediations. Hopefully it is over in a timely manner.

I’ve heard the range was about $25-45K. Depended on length of employment during contested dates.
Lawyer’s fees were paid by Kellogg’s and did not impact individuals.
For tax purposes, I received a W2 for half with taxes withheld and a 1099 for the other half, so plan accordingly.
