Most DT chop is on the way

Full time DT employees are extra burden

eating all money earned by regional sales. Not a single fulltime DT is adding any value rather sleeping all day. They don't do anything nor available when needed and they are extremely expensive. Chopping them can same billions in operating cost. They are just a huddle. Business will work with IT contracts directly. After all only business and IT contracts are the one who are doing work. Why to keep these value less middle man DT (Full Time). Oh my God they are sooo many of them. Chopping them will be enough to save money.

DT full time employee is there to earn commission from contractors like us. HR need them to earn extra money. Who is fool!!!

More less work DT do, more they ask for contractor and more money. Everyone knows it. If you get job at DT means you got lottery.

DT to make DT rich, not GE. They do not do any work for GE but just do politics to eat GE billions of $$$$. HR fault, may be they are partner.

DT organization is one of the many problems at GE. Guess you have not been paying attention. Most of DT employees are being absorbed into the verticals. The group out in San Ramon will be a separate company soon. Best advice to you would worry about your own useless self.
