Rome is not built overnight. SAP needs a Technology leader who is also a visionary to think of long term (not short sighted to make quick bucks and “run”!)

It took a lot of efforts to build stability but a minute fast buck ($) decision could ruin it, almost immediately.

Yeah a salesman, masquerading as a globe-trotting-good-samaritan, leading a technology company.

Well done SAP, board members.

This will be the final meltdown of this company.

I always heard the same from contacts who use SAP. It was always negative user experience feedback. I believe they were trying to simplify the user experience a few years ago. However that changed in 2015 when they laid off all the UX teams that were top in their game. We are no longer a innovation tech company. Time to face the music. Wonder how long the board will take to realize Bill is just about Sales and not the innovation that SAP was built on. Very sorry to witness this meltdown.

My experience with SAP is that it is the worst piece of software ever made. Is it possible to make any task more difficult to accomplish? Do you even attempt to get user feedback? Do you even care about your customers? No. But you are Germans and you know what is best.
