I am aware of a recent layoff in the HR department. This individual can confirm that a lot more layoffs are coming. Update your resume and be prepared if you are remote, have any $ in the pension fund, and/or have more than 10 years of service. Some of the layoffs will be in management but, in my opinion, not high enough in the chain to stop all of this nonsense.
