When I think of the Tillman era at Marathon, one word comes to mind - shrinkage. The Tillman years have been a long period of shrinking budgets, shrinking asset diversity, shrinking career opportunities, a shrinking sense of purpose and shrinking sense of community and common purpose within this company. Shrinkage will be our differentiator in the market.

It is easy peasy to shrink a company but difficult to grow a company. He doesn’t have the innate capacity to grow so shrink shrink shrink and keep his paychecks coming. The last two presidents were shrinkers and so at some point nothing left to downsize.
When it’s cold I experienced shrinkage.
The one exception is his compensation package!
Please add retirees benefits to that list of shrinkage.
