I usually don't pay that much attention to how many people are leaving, but lately it has reached a point where even I took notice.
And it's not just employees, managers seem to be leaving McDermott in droves on their own, which is the part of all of this that has me worried.
Do they know something we don't? Should we all follow their lead?

I hate lying to job candidates. But if I tell the truth I'm hosed. I can't do this job without some more bodies. I feel dirty.
Managers leaving is a good thing, especially at upper levels. All overhead, produce nothing. Good, however, at attending meetings.
Should we follow the managers that are leaving? Hell no. We’re better off without them. Too many layers as is.

Maybe they got secret hidden inside info we don't.
Maybe they gave MDR a chance & decided it sukcs. BJF is not "all that". How was your raise, bonus, RSU? Did you buy some vacation time?
Maybe our $3bn loss woke them up.
What keeps YOU here? Great pay? Great work? Great location? Chance to build A New Kind of Company? A chance to learn from the brilliant likes of DD and his cadre of assclowns? Slaving away with bad pay & bad benefits so that Mngt can make millions selling the co BU by BU?
