Do they still keep the trophies out on the reception desk in the rotunda? I remember laughing about those the day I was laid off in 2016. Thinking Devon wont see any more of those anytime soon.

Can’t speak to the “Best 100” trophies, but we still hang out our “Best in Industry” record breaking, best performance ever, EHS metric banner in the ABBU! Fatalities are not recordable. My ear lobes are tiny.
A lot of reviews on Glassdoor and Indeed, from so called current and former Devon employees would have you believe Devon is the best company to work for. Makes me hurl.
The year Devon hired me I was given one of those best place to work surveys to fill out. At that time, I had nothing but great things to say about Devon. As the years went by and Devon was going downhill, it wasn't until the year they laid me off, that I received the survey again. I refused to fill it out, in spite of the many so called emails from DH practically forcing me to fill it out.
If only I had filled out that darn survey, I might still be working at Devon today. (sarcasm)
