Want to know why the layoffs are occurring: ADP hired BCG (Boston Consulting Group) who is a company that specializes in brainwashing execs that "major restructuring" is needed or their business will go under. (Remember Carlos bought into this hook line and sinker). They get sold a pitch that if they massively change the knowledge base, that the execs will benefit. No more evident that a quick look here to see who is benefiting from the harm to so many good long term hard working knowledgeable employees and their extended families, children, etc.
