ADP Ranked #3 on DiversityInc's 2019 Top 50 Companies List

ADP's "push" for diversity sounds like racism to me. I mean after all tell me the ethical difference between:

1) We want to include certain people because they are different.

2) We want to include certain people because they are the same.

Bottom line is that people, regardless of age, color, race, etc. should be hired on qualifications and abilities. It seems ADP has become a very bigoted company. They are targeting and eliminating the most qualified people SPECIFICALLY because of age and even sometimes race. People may not like the truth, but it is the truth. ADP is a major lawsuit waiting to happen.

As a federal contractor ADP has to have management look like the community the office is in meaning if 30% of the population is a certain race then management should be too. All federal contractors are required to do this.

ADP seems to just put people in jobs because they check desired boxes on the OFCCp forms, not because these people have the skills or ability to do the job.

Ha! For the record I am not white. I do, however, believe in being "color blind" and judging people on their real value, contributions, abilities, and skills, not the color of their skin, their race, or their age. That goes BOTH ways, not discriminating based on color, race or age, but also not favoring because of those factors. It just seems to me ADP is "favoring" certain groups and "discriminating" again others not because of real merits and abilities but for another agenda entirely - one rooted in exploiting people solely based on lies and borderline illegal activities for the profits of a few execs.

It does seem however that calling people "angry whiteys" fully shows and exposes YOUR RACISM!

Diversity IS racism. Plain and simple. Playing "favorites" BECAUSE of someones race or ethnicity or age. The only factor that really should matter is the persons ability and skills to perform the job - not "we need diversity so go hire some Indians or hire some millennials so we can check a box". Maybe that's why Carlos got his job - BECAUSE he is Cuban! (because he s---s as a leader)

ADP has put quite a few unqualified people in leadership positions in the name of diversity. Look at the National Accounts Org Chart for examples.

ADP gets sued all the time for discrimination but keeps repeating its mistakes.
