If FTR management truly had people running scared it would be the customers. Just saying. Everything is broken down to the culture. No one wants to help but everyone points fingers. The front runners on the calls are great but no where near top notch customer service for the piece of junk bought by VZ. They bought cow manure and tried to turn it into Gold. #epicfail

Customers are leaving in droves. Look at how many customers have left in the last 2 years.
Vz was doing fine. Ftr has put on a clinic on how Not to run a phone company. Or any business.
