I'm compiling a list so I can present it to a lawyer in hopes of a class action suit.
Add not being paid out last paychecks
Any former employee of DCEH is in the same boat. Paid premiums since January, but no medical claims paid. Can you forward out the name of the attorney? I am sure many people would love to be part of the suit, but it's these days, just not smart to send out personal information.
A class action lawyer can request a list of employees for the schools and corporate who were still at the schools and DCEH should have that information. Then they contact the employees with a form letter asking if they qualify to be part of the lawsuit. Anyone who had money taken from their paychecks and did not opt out of the insurance would be eligible. I was part of a class action lawsuit years ago and I was contacted by the lawyer. I did not give them information before that. Angela can start the lawsuit and the lawyer will determine if it can qualify as a class action and then go to a judge to approve it. Then they would contact all employees still employed as of January to ask them if they want to be part of the lawsuit.
Why don’t you post the lawyers name so we can contact them ourselves

I'm already aware of that. I'm working with a lawyer but I was told I needed more people that are in the same situation for it to be a class action. I have no problem fighting for myself but there are others who are in the same situation and I would like to help.
Angela, get a clue and a lawyer. This is just an example of the id--ts running this place.
In reality, no one has had adequate coverage since January, even those who did not file claims. Each person who worked for these creeps needs to have money reimbursed for what they took from our checks PLUS what providers had to be paid out of pocket.

Uh, that's an awful lot of private information you're requesting. I have unpaid claims, but I'd rather have the name of an attorney to contact who is looking into it than just send info to a generic email box without know who I'm sending it to.
