Rumors are not good
What we need is more middle management. I think there were a few admins that weren't made vp's yet
Crazy idea to Move in a FLC the team:
The cost will increase and customer will not buy consulting that he could get at 50% buy from SI in a multimillion dollars contract
I would get rid of everyone in consulting and sell them off and then bring them back as a contractor. FLC of a TD vs contractor shows you can get back a lot of cost without hurting rev.
TD need to cut 100M of cost to return profitable and with GM % positive.
100M of cost are close to 1500 consultant
Not hard to figure out that revenue per head shows that they need to cut 1500-2000 people. That doesn't mean that end days are near, but 2 billion doesn't support 11k people
Several old DW consultant fired in MEA
Few Emea director in Sales are in the black list ?
Who else?
A company which is completely lost. They don’t know what to sell and how to sell. Management is high on d--gs I suppose. Completely disconnected from ground both internally and externally.
Created a inefficient organization structure on name of transformation. Put many many layers of managers. More time spent in internal dramas rather than focusing on selling or creating opportunities.
Looking at Teradata few books can be written about to how to screw up a great company and turn it into dust.
Do you know which groups are being hit?
