What a joke... After laying off so many hard working people. Does one guy deserve this kind of compensation when Co. hasn't done good at all from past many years ??????

They need to make more room to promote diversity so they have to get rid of some people.

Can't hate on people making their money but it would be certainly be nice if the wealth was shared more. A lot of us at Colgate making pennies even compared to low ranking people.
Its done now because the stock was at a high level, higher than it's been for a long time. You think smart people sell stock when it's low.
