Told us contractors are doing twice as much a week so will they will just put us all on testing, until they contract that out too.

ATS stopped worrying about quality of work the day they took over. It’s only numbers, that’s all they care about. Your lying to yourself if you think it’s any different. If the local supervisors cared at all they might try to change the culture, but that ain’t likely to happen!

They do sloppy work not more work if you can split drops steal they say by all means necessary in house is quality not quantity
they hire everyone down south.
People better look at the bigger picture. Altice/ATS has not hired anyone new. Looks like they have their plans in motion. No more in-house techs only outside workers. They already do more work
Let me try and guess who wrote this post ? Must be someone who sits in the meetings with his mouth shut but comes on this site to b--ch about what’s wrong with the company ? Take your cry baby ish elsewhere . Matter of fact .. voice how you feel during the meetings instead of putting your tail between your legs .
Duh, the contractors are pros that have done this for years. Plus no safety concerns, or other company BS, use them up, let them go. Be happy we’re just testing. At least they haven’t contracted that yet.
