But the nonstop posting on this site about Sears vs. other companies is a result of Sears' stupid forced social media posting managers shove down associates' throats.

If you are doing work for the company off the clock (posting on social media) isn't this a violation of labor laws? Seems to me that even if they are giving you points they should also pay you. Also, seems like managers are highly encouraging (forcing) employees to post so they can look good and fill some sort of metric.
Kmart as well I noticed. They are giving you points if you post on your Facebook or Instagram. Quite sad, really...
