Just got an invitation for a team meeting for tomorrow morning - no subject mentioned
I do not see any team member names missing so other than the boss himself quitting
It must be something worse like an "across the board" pay cut or something else
bad.

The meeting was just to discuss A departure and “business as usual”
A waste of time. Mr 52% bonus will collect more money as he’s eased out. The only success he had was cutting costs by stagnating wages and shipping American jobs offshore.

Congrats. Coming from a divested business, I expect things will only get better for you. (He does walk with about $13 mil.) You guys have been taking it on the chin while senior management did pretty decent from a bonus standpoint -- primarily because they exceed their goal of shrinking the company via divestiture.
It is set for 9:15am - supposed to be only last 15 minutes

Got one of those invites several months ago. Had the same thought. Turned out it was that my boss was quitting. But it's more likely the other in your case.
The earnings call is today at 5pm ET. It will be interesting to see what Ashok says to Wall Street versus his recent address to employees.
