Will the PCs and TCs who are losing their jobs on August 2 receive any My Share payments that were earned through July 31?

They are changing policies and procedures at lightening speed in Personnel. I really am afraid to answer anything until the end. Normally and historically you need to be employed the last day of the quarter. Good luck to anyone going for PL. It will not be easy. Your game needs to be on the top.
I am a PC and I was sure that we would receive the bonus until I started hearing conflicting stories from others who also should know the answer. It is a difficult time for all of us right now so thank you for understanding. Thanks, too, to those that took the time to respond respectively and with compassion.
This can't be a PC/TC asking, knowing this is part of your business. So, then why is a non-PC/TC worried about my bonus?
Yes, if you are still employed with WalMart on July 31 you will received the Myshare bonus.
As a former Co who lost his job in the last purge, do not count on the bonus without a fight and a long wait. WM will fight you over every penny and “the check is in the mail” is SOP. Good luck.

If you are still employed on July 31st you would get the 2nd quarter My Share Bonus if your store qualifies for it. It would be paid out the 1st pay period in Sept.

I was told that you must be working at the time that the bonus is paid.

Where have you been? August 2nd is the last day for PC/TC. The new People Lead position begins July 2nd. Most stores will get one position. Some will get none. Very few large metro stores may get two positions.
Yes, I believe we should be paid because it was earned while we were still employed, , but it is paid out on the next after we are termed. I am concerned that WM is going to take the position that you must be working at the time that it is paid.
Quarter 2 is May,June and July so I’m sure we will,probably be last one.
