Does anyone else realize how big of a problem this is? It happens nearly every week here in Houston (other regions too?), and the company seems more focused on supporting the Astros or changing its vision statement than addressing the underlying cause.

Ironically the people leacing are going to help reduce the # of layoffs
Not an issue in Midland. We keep hearing they’re holding off on promotions and raises because they’re over spent on G&A. This came directly from a new VP one week after moving into the new position. Hope everyone had a solid exit strategy.
