All field work from running cable, pdos, jsos, splicing, etc is all being contracted out. In house guys are only testing for now until that gets contracted too. Its only a matter of time. These supervisors keep feeding you c-ap about how testing will stay in house. THEY ARE LYING TO YOU.

Fake news there was 186 field service techs before Altice showed up I guess that was fake too mgmt
They just moved 6 in-house guys from WAP to the ftth project so safe to say this post is fake news

Increase in contractors is due to the upcoming summer months. This happens every year.
Why do you need anything concrete to back it up? If you got eyes 👀 then you obviously have seen the increase in contractors everywhere lately. Anyone that says otherwise is in desperate need of a reality check.
