The lump sum will be taxed at our normal rate between 15% -25% depending on how much you made last year, plus will be taxed a extra 10%-15% because bonuses get taxed hard

My Fiance is getting laid off with Nestle. Very respectfully, one week pay for every year he worked there is an INSULT!! At the company I work for it is a month pay for each year of service!!!! If I would be laid off I would get about 130K Severance. I hope that retention bonus is big because the severance is ridiculous. Be on your best behavior people as they will find ways to let go of people so they don't have to pay your bonus and severance.

I’m from the freedom DC and pretty much no more ice cream by the end of the year and we are strictly doing pizza. We were called the deep frozen but now just the biggest frozen warehouse of pizza in the country.
