Rumor ... West Corp filing bankruptcy .. going up for sale and being split out piece by piece till gone

Doesn't make sense that they would split out the company considering all of the money and effort currently being spent to integrate the various components of the company.
Where is the link that says they are filing bankruptcy?
May have something to do with employees falsifying their travel and expense accounts. Although I don't think that alone is what is running this company in the ground. Unfortunately, too many good employees have left and the new hires are not even close. Training is crucial, and it isn't what it used to be.
This isn't surprising in the least bit. Think about all of the consolidations made to job titles. We have departments doing the work of 3 or more departments, but with their original pay. Meanwhile, the continuous downsizing operations whittle away at what's left and goals are not being adjusted to account for the deluge of additional work and additional responsibilities. We receive an e-mail almost every other week exclaiming that West has conquered yet another business into the fold, or where three more people have suddenly been promoted to VP or higher of some business segment no one has heard of. What does it looks like? Someone with a lot of power is handing out free cash to some choice people so when the ship sinks, they're on deluxe life rafts (read: yachts). Joke is on us for accepting what are barely livable wages for highly skilled work (in some cases).

Why would Apollo buy West then claim bankruptcy? Wouldn’t it be better if they just sell as a whole.
