You cannot allow Accountants to run the company. Devon let that happen. Nice to se them cutting back. Look for stock to rise significantly and soon.
Still freaking TOP heavy, accounting needs ONE manager and TWO leads period! Why cuts aren’t made on this level is truly beyond any reason!!!
Who in their right mind would enter O&G accounting, in this climate.

Whatever happened to “this cut will be focused on leadership”?
Still scratching my head after we spent all the time and money trying people on UI Path, nearly all of them left voluntarily the last several months, and we decide to let go one of 2(?) left that knows how the bots are built/working? Really? Glad we saved ~80k there for a really high value employee when we could’ve gotten rid of some poor managers/supervisors.
Who got cut?
It’s a shame, but seriously you can only count so much before you run out of numbers. That’s why in the ABBU we use a favoritism based decision process. In other words, we take care of the greater Hinton area. My EHS army is tight! Not allowed, not continued.
