Eddie if you don't get rid of these dinosaurs you will never succeed, all of them been with the company , in the West, 20 to 40 years with a proven LOOSING track record.
Market Leader post is spot on! This place seems even more toxic now than back when I was there. Same old stuff but worse every day. Pathetic!
Store management already knows. I was told by my store management last week that there are changes coming but they cannot release the changes and information yet.
@1sqs Right on! loved your reply. I'm a store support associate who refused to walk away from a footwear store-to-home for a merchandise pickup. The MOD and everybody else refused to do the pickup. The member finally walked into the store and gave the MOD hell for not getting his merchandise. There was absolutely nothing they could do to blame me. Believe or not, the Market Leader backed me up.
The same market leaders that get paid a fortune in mileage for going to harass stores on a weekly basis as to why they cant keep their sales floors perfect with less hours than needed to have 1 cashier every hour a store is open? Even though facetime would save the company millions?
The same market leaders costing the company a fortune in paper making binders of information available with a couple of clicks of a mouse?
The same market leaders who expect as sales people to sell protection agreements on product that is not available to people who don't even trust Sears to deliver correctly?
The same market team who would rather we didn't sell a $2000 refrigerator if the customer doesn't want protection?
The same market team who expects one store support associate to be able to lift 450lbs by themselves in under 5 minute at they same time they aredoing store to homes in shoes?
The same market team that expects 100% fill rate in webs when they dont expect the warehouses to fill orders properly? The same market team who thinks that customer theft doesn't exist?
