Not only what you said, but also think about the quality of the so called "leaders" currently at Marathon. Some of them have engaged in some pretty shady business practices or made some shady business decisions that negatively impacted Marathon employees. And yet they come out smelling like roses and are given higher level titles with more responsibility.
