Only a mo--n like Eddie would be stupid enough to that most of the value of a retail operation with a billion dollars a year in positive cash flow was in the real estate. So much value destroyed for nothing.
My local Kmart has literally a entire aisle with one facing of rubber rain boots in the electronics department. Not exaggerating. This company is a joke.
@1rcr My local Kmart too. I've stopped trying to use my free cash there because there is literally nothing left that I want. I did see some condiments that expired in 2016 and I bought them out of low quality paper towels.
Retail is not going to be a featured component of Transform Holdco. It is exactly as it sounds. Old Sears is undergoing transformation into a REIT.
Sears or Kmart? My local Kmart has like nothing on their shelves except c-appy shoes and tons of old winter clothes.
OP
take a break, toke a doobie 😳
I wish, we been getting a couple trucks a day. Even having to utilize the back rooms as there’s no more room on the sales floor.
It’s a good sign your store will either be downsized or closed. To go along with no customers, we have nothing on our shelves. I’ll be surprised if our store makes it thru the Summer
