ALL "current manager" positions going away. Rollouts by geography---not everywhere at once. New position IS called Business Lead and 1 name/level for the only remaining salaried role outside of facility mgr. Ask around to all your small format family, they are doing it now and will be no position called ASM or CO after....they will all be equal and ALL will go through elimination like first round of CO selection/terminated! Just because you haven't seen it in your area doesn't mean it's not gonna happen.......wait-watch-see.

My comanager quit yesterday says Walmart is on it's way out. Says the stock is going to drop drastically. Says they are in a downward spiral. Good luck people

Co manager will be renamed store lead
The co manager position is not going away, just being re named to business Lead I think was the new name. I really hope that they move them around again. In Porterville Calif we lost an amazing co and ended up with a piece of sht co. Surprise, surprise the one we lost was a 48 yr old white male, and the piece of sht is a younger Hispanic b--ch that loves nothing more than to throw her associates under the bus to save her own a$$. SM is also a b--ch that gets off making the associates miserable. Would love for them to both get the boot!
