I have a hypothetical question: let's say any part of Nestle is sold to another company, which decides to lay off employees who came with the acquisition after a year. How will our years be calculated for the severance? Will our time with Nestle be taken into account or will we be treated like new employees with just a year with the company?
If it's the second one, than we are screwed - and it might be Nestle's intention.
Does anybody have any info on this?
