Restricted Stock when Laid Off

What happens to your restricted stock when you are laid off? Do you get the entire amount, forfeit any unvested amount, or somewhere in between?

I'm (in Europe) getting all RSUs at the end of my notice period.

You are entitled if it’s pure redundancy for business reason.

It depends on the type of the layoff and the country you are in. Go to the EPP page on the portal and read the "Plan Terms & Conditions" document. Pg 15 section 10 Lapse of Rights: Unvested Rights of the respective Plan Tranche shall lapse if a Participant’s Employment Relationship is terminated on or before December 31 of the respective Performance Period and the Participant is no longer employed at a participating Group Company, and the Employment Relationship was not terminated for business reasons or as part of a termination contract due to operational requirements.

It is hard to decipher "business reasons or as part of a termination contract due to operational requirements". It sounds like you would get the entire amount, but it would be best to check with the administrator.
