I read that as Taking Over Target. Target stores.

His next failure is going to be Seritage aka Sears Heritage, and he's going to disappoint Warren Buffet just as much as he disappointed Brucie B. Every other mall owner is talking about how disastrous the mall environment has been and is cautiously talking about the future and making moves against another real estate crash, especially given mall headwinds. Eddie? Through Seritage, they're talking transformation, and how he's moving past Sears. History is repeating itself. He's like the world's worst venture capitalist, everything he touches turns to sh1t.
