I received my eval, and my manager rated me NEEDS TO IMPROVE. I have only been with wally world for just over a year. They do not like my attitude. Because I voice my opinion. I feel that I have been treated unfair, my dm does not treated us all the same. I am a good worker 25 years in retail. They try and work me to the bones. Should I leave or stay. Will they get rid of me because of the Needs Improve? After this go around I will never work for Walmart again. See why people quit Walmart. Ruthless Managers.

If you feel you've been treated unfairly you can appeal your eval. That said, you're getting 2% whether you bust a-- or the same if you show up for work most of the time breathing. I rarely see a Needs Improvement eval that doesn't have some merit so you might want to do some self-reflection.

Never have been a lightweight, never will. I know my worth, but Walmart plays favorite. All I ask is that you treat everyone fair. Not at Walmart, you bet your dollar on that. Walmart is not all that, you best believe.
You have worked 25 years in retail- always at the second best or lower. Now you are at the number one retailer. We have no brakes. We work full out every day. I wonder if you work at what you 'feel' is an appropriate work pace, but not how we work every day. We can't afford to have lightweights on the team.
Just be quiet and do what they want. I’ve been there 30 years. Just be quiet and you’ll be ok
