TD: No growth, never-ending transformation (not investing but just reduction) and the stock plunged -10% overnight.

Customer: ........

Market: Who will buy Vantage? Just sell TDC!

Employee: Quite natural outcome...

The call with Analyst was funny and should be recorder for students.

Very arrogant talking how Vantage is good

to Analyst ....but they hidden that Vantage is the old TAP rebranded and announced 5 year ago..... Is’t Vantage or Vintage?

If by Q2 the cost will not down ... I see big problems ... for the employees

One great spot on earnings call:

MC: We missed Q1 revenue due to two very large deals that if we would have won them would have doubled our ARR growth YOY. Those deals are in process of being closed in Q2.

Analyst: So if those two very large deals are spilling into Q2, then why didn't you raise your guidance in Q2 because of that?

MC: Uh (followed by awkward answer about not knowing when they would close in Q2. So if they would have close in Q1, they know the answer but not if they close in Q2?).

Market response today: Stock down 10%, TD LT are losing all credibility
