Hi , Recently I got employment opportunity with FTD companies. With current company situation / financial position is it safe to join this company?

No loyalty at this company! I worked here for many. Many years, management is horrible, no advancement opportunities, and members are quitting left and right

You would fit right in with the typical FTD folks - go for it!
What floor? cause the first floor is filled with weebs and the third floor all gossip people.
They announced the company would not survive past July 1st in the SEC filing. They're exploring a sale of the company, so it's possible that someone buys it and the company makes some changes and turns around. It's also possible the company goes bankrupt. It's also possible the company is purchased and they sell off half the company for parts. It's really hard to say what will happen.
If you are someone that makes this type of decision based on the opinions of anonymous posters then maybe you should rethink a few things...
