I resigned from CDK over this MAA. CDK cant buy my freedom, liberty or my due process in court.

Not signing. I will forego any bonus payouts to protect my rights to sue when the time comes.

Well, at least you all know what's coming. I signed mine last year, and got whacked. Several I know who did NOT sign, are still there. Plan accordingly.

A recent Supreme Court decision makes such agreements much more helpful to employers in avoiding class actions.

Last year’s push was a prelude to a massive layoff. Clearly CDK has nothing but the best in mind for its employees.
