A secretive meeting? Without sharing an agenda in advance? Hmmmm… When was the last time something like this turned out to be good news here at Nestle? Why do we have thousands of people visiting this page and openly show anxiety?
Where is corporate PR, communications, change management, etc. Why are things not communicated properly and why is everything wrapped with an opaque veil of secrecy? I can tell you one thing – this cannot be good for the worker and now it’s just a matter of “how bad the news is going to be”.
I honestly hope that an executive or two will have enough decency and will share some news with us here on layoffs.com ahead of time so we do not have to suffer any more.
