I’ve have got it down to two different scenarios , we have sold the ice cream division and pizza is going to warehouse or we are keeping the ownership of the brands and are going to pay a national distributor 10 %-15 % to distribute our brands DSD , Schwann’s ,Dean Foods are the only 2 that have a national DSD distribution network that I can think of . We all would become employees of the national distributor .

Heard Schwans bought Tombstone and Digiorno.
Tony Sarsam ( came from Dryers) is at Borden, leaving and is going to Dean who buys Nestle IC and fleet. Pizza go warehouse and some regional distributors. That’s what I hear.
I fully expect it to be something horrible. Just trying to figure out the level of bad for us.
Dimitrios Smyrnios is currently CEO of Schwan's Co. Anyone remember this guy? If not he was the Vice President of Nestle DSD. Interesting, your thoughts?
I don’t think a national distributor is buying us . I think Nestle will pay them a % to sell their ice cream and pizza and we become Schwann’s or Dean’s employees.,
What distributor would buy it is the question! Then we can figuire out if we might have jobs or not.

From gathering information over the last 3 days from different sources, but it’s still just a assumption or speculation .
I find it strange that the whole nation is off for a conference call. When no one is talking about what’s going on I tend to believe the worse. I tend to believe one of those scenario will come about.
