Here we go again! An email announcement was sent about a voluntary severance program. I wonder if this is company wide or just targeted at specific sites? We all know what comes after the execs don’t get enough volunteers....layoffs.

Yeah move to Austin ... right keep telling yourself that.
Layoffs are happening now. Talent is dropping like flies ..........Upper mgmt is horrible and kept the micromgmt style of Honeywell. ADI is doomed.
I’ve heard voluntary quota not yet reached through current applications.
Any updates on this? Is it affecting ADI and Products? Globally or specific regions/locations?

We all thought we were going to a new company free of the old Honeywell way of management. Interesting How those same people were in charge then passing down the same non-sense. Maybe certain management figures need to leave and stop with same old Honeywell practices. The culture will never change.
