I know the guys in Freeport & Bethpage couldn’t be happier with IBEW. Their union has already stopped the company from doing couple things such as putting a stop to supervisors trying to change policy & protecting guys from being disciplined due to invalid supervisor/mgmt claims. They don’t even have a contract yet, but heard there making very good progress. Don’t forget about your Weingarten Rights guys. For all shops looking to vote union, check it out. For those shops that don’t want union, good luck when it’s just you by yourself against supervisor, manager, & HR.

They are working on our contract now (i think, its been dead silent since we voted in stewards) and when it gets presented ill be sure to post how good or bad it is.
And if its bad, just wait for the "management" or "company stooge" comments because apparently if you are in a union you arent allowed to think for yourself or speak your mind.
Read the CWA by-laws. You can get kicked out if you "speak about the union in a way that puts the Union in disrepute"

I guess we know where our holiday bonus & sick days went. Instead of taking care of their technicians like they should, there wasting money on this garbage. And they wonder why all the shops are unionizing.
This company has gone to such $hit!, I don’t understand how anyone would ever come either work for this company or isn’t looking for a new career! The customers are ticked off and the employees are getting treated like $hit.
