Yes, most of the changes happening lately were planned over 2 years plus ago. They know it's going to happen, but management will deny it till the end.
2 yr old article. This is how they are modernizing Personnel. Workday will be in effect later this year. Personnel PC/TC is being changed to 1 People Lead position. They could not have written the programs necessary to go paperless in house. This is almost 20 years overdue.
