My store is a constant mess, store managers are shuffled around like crazy. Plus hours continue to be cut, and home often time is closed and has nobody even scheduled. I really don't see this company around in a few more years.

Her base is 1.4 annually regardless , not a bad deal for a sinking ship.

Customers cant shop if they wanted too. product is literally crammed into the store. fixtures everywhere and over stocked with too much merch. its impossible to maintain a table with 40 shirts in a stack.
Their is no clear vision..just a bunch of random stuff.
Just get rid of all of the clearance from 3 years of bad buying. we are not making any money on it anymore at 90 % off.
