I read with interest the comments on this board and somebody that worked at TR for 10+ years, which on whole were enjoyable .
It seems most just can't wait to get out and move on ?

@YQiq9fo-4ery. No need to work past 12/31/21. I am on West Publishing Pension Plan and receive health care in retirement. That’s the only reason I have hope. Retire at age 58 after 35 years and get out of here.
It seems people are "thinking simple" and "being agile" in terms of doing the minimum amount possible and planning their exit strategies. The company has made its priorities clear and employees are reacting. Where does it end?
I am just flying under the radar waiting for a few more years until I retire. I still do my work diligently but give the minimum effort to get the job done. For the person who had 12/31/21 as a retirement date why not wait until March 2022? That way you will get paid for New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, and Presidents Day. You can also take your three Floating Holidays (you do not get paid for unused Floating Holidays) and you might as well see your Doctor, Eye Doctor, and Dentist one last time on the company’s health plan.
Look at the faces in the elavators. You can tell which company they work for!
You mean you're not #HappyatTR?
Only people who enjoy working here are the people who plan on the cost cutting. They are having fun, no?
Times have changed! My attitude is...why bother? Do the least amount possible and collect a paycheck until the ax falls. And FYI: I used to work late almost every night.
It's a toxic place to work. Of course no one likes working here anymore.
My “Retirement Countdown Clock” on my desk is counting down ‘til 12/31/21 and I can’t wait !!
