No matter the results, we'll see more layoffs and soon. If we beat expectations, it'll send a message to management that current strategy is working - strategy that includes cost cuts through layoffs. If we don't meet expectations, they'll see it as a reason to intensify the current strategy with more layoffs.
Either way, we're screwed.
