I have some PTO that I didnt use & I want to know if after I decide to quit. Will I get paid from my PTO?

Yes. I left last October and was paid out all of my PTO and my banked vacation time.
The PTO is earned time off and the employee should be paid at 100% of the current value based on todays salary. Getting 70%of the value, of what is already 100%yours, is not ethical. They had to budget for it so the funding to pay 100%, should already be in the financial books unless something fishy is going on. What do you think?
If you have unused PTO, they pay it out to you when you leave
