They have been trying to extend an offer, not sure yet if i should. Is it a good company? Is it flexible?

Do not accept an offer from JDA. They are a horrible place to work. They do not value their employees. Everything is about running employees into the ground in order to make money. Their managers are not trained. Assignments and promotions are strictly about who you are special friends with.
