There are many different ways to look at this... here's what i think is going on.
A few years ago, RR was trying to convince pm, engineering and marketing to do c-ap that didn't make sense at all and teams got shuffled and people got moved around. It was later obvious that BK was influencing RR, before he even joined juniper. The next sales chief that RR wants to bring in is probably doing something similar with RR. He will execute on a similar idea... Bring in his own team of SE/AM teams by the droves. So, to make room, RR must be clearing out the stables. they are dumping SP focused sales teams and moving to keep Enterprise teams.
Another perspevtive is this is a cleanup on SP side to make room for Enterprise growth. SP cleansing.

Fire 5, hire 1. Just make the patch bigger for the unsuspecting new SE or AM.
Firing/Hiring is not mutually exclusive events. Cost controls.

BTW, Rami changes his voice too -- puts on his soft fake speaking style, just like EH alters her voice. Liars! All the financial misreporting will send RR to jail someday. What is the point of making the MX look better than any other product anyway? Why are all optics sales bundled in with my revenue? Shameful!
