I realize that many of you who have been laid off as well as some you still with he firm are disillusioned about certain things and I can understand how you all may feel. You are all bright people and expect good results so it stands to reason that disappointment is normal when things go our way collectively. I would just say that many mistakes have been made and we are working very hard to make sure those mistakes dont happen again. I would just ask those that are so quick to criticize to consider the obstacles and unforeseen circumstances we have been up against. I am confident that we can sustain a much stroger well performing company in the future.

A silver tongue mealy mouth that does not know anything about engineering or how to build a process plant. Typical spineless yes man manager that does not know anything, must know someone.
Pat S rhymes with Fatass
This Pat dude doesn't sound like from the real McDermott. Regardless, many of the CB&I leaders who were responsible for this fiasco are long gone. Perhaps, Patsy is getting ready for the imminent and routine statement of colossal financial losses due to acquisition, then lay off all the warm bodies. Why did we really buy this pile of junk?
Who? Is this a CBI person or a McDermott person? Still matters, even after a year of integration. I don't take orders from "them".
